Scary - they're getting younger and younger.

Booking photo shows an angry, defiant piece of shit.

    Looks vaguely familiar to me..

Not surprised one bit. Most Kids today have no consequences at home when they fuck up and this whole no life sentence for.animals under 18 is sickening..he'll do a couple years in DYS, then one day we'll have another thread about this pos killing again. No innocence is his eyes, that kids a killer

Watkins will be tried as an adult. The judge denied a request for bail, meaning the teen will remain in jail until at least Nov. 13, when he's due back in court for a probable cause

by jail i'm guessing DYS ?

He'll start in DYS, but depending on the sentence, he could do adult time too.

The defense lawyer states it's mistaken identity, then later states she hasn't viewed the video yet. Riiiiiiggghhhtttt.

    What POTUS not claiming that if he had a son it would look just like 14 yo Ernest Watkins IV...;

Strange seeing that walkway up to Flelds Corner Station. That was where I for the first time had a gun pointed at me as 3 POS's held me and my 2 little sisters up a few decades ago. Sadly the POS's were never caught but the Transit Cops couldn't have been more kind and fucking awesome to us.

Another sad thing is he will just be turning his lfe around when another POS takes him out.

Once the resistance to killing another person (outside legitimate acts) is overcome, that person is forever changed. Why take the chance on someone as damaged as a kid who kills, what's the benefit to society as a whole to give them a second go around, just because of their youth. Life in prison, or the death penalty for child killers. We have enough bad people floating around society as is, without trying to reintegrate the ones we KNOW are bad.

Kid's off to a great start in life. I still like to hope there's a chance of him changing, but sadly, I really doubt it. He'll just become even more calloused.

society is definitely continuing to go to shit when you see 1999 and 2000 dobs on Held-Without mittimus' when sheriff's drop them off; then thinking they did nothing wrong.

we left Fieldsy a long time ago for, well, you know.....................

can remember going to the movie theater, listening to concerts on town field, events hosted by "summer thing", etc

that part of Dorchester used to be a nice place.

Yeah we stayed a long time. Originally in Uphams Corner but moved to Lower Mills later which is why we were going into Fields Corner station from school.

Must have been the Park Street Theater. Now apparantly a Radio Shack

What's different now, than when Rod Matthews bludgeoned Shaun Oullette in Canton?

He's serving "life" for that and this crime is also nauseating.

Yeah, right near Bradlees Orbit. What happened to all the Dot Rats? Oh yeah, they became cops :)

there are a couple "hold-outs" in Dorchester.

Port Norfolk over by Neponset, Savin Hill over by the Globe, couple streets behind the old Bradlees on Morrisey Blvd. ( some happy guys moved in and really fixed the place up  )

i miss Dot and Southie, but can't live with the nonsense.

While working for Dominos in college I got robbed by a masked 15 y/o with a fake gun. A few years later at the ripe age of 21 he is on trial for murder.... This system is a real shocker sometimes.
