I just saw on the news that former Red Sox pitcher Jeff Reardon has been arrested in Florida for robbing a jewelry store. The news stated he was "disoriented" when arrested.
Anyone else thinking prescription drug abuse?

Very possible, however Im leaning towards the illegal stuff.
I remember him when he played, I just dont quite remember if he was any good or not.

I'm figuring he got hooked on the prescription stuff, got cut-off by his physician, and now needed money bad to feed his addiction.
He was pretty good with the Red Sox, but he was yet another player we got a few years past their prime.
