REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must be an experienced law enforcement professional who displays collaborative leadership, team building skills, and is sensitive to diversity and emerging community needs. Candidate must also have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and a background in labor relations. Minimum education requirements include bachelor’s degree with 10 years of progressive law enforcement experience, including five years in a supervisory or management role.
