Main Page Two Men Charged With Hate Crime

BOSTON -- Two men described as members of a motorcycle club were arrested Tuesday on a federal civil rights charge alleging that they assaulted a black man at an Ashland, Mass., bar in June.

Brian McHugh, 31, of Framingham, Mass., and Stephan Stelmach, 31, of Ashland, pleaded not guilty to state charges of assault and battery back in June, and were released on bail.

They were arrested Tuesday after an indictment was unsealed charging both with one count of interference with federally protected rights, according to U.S. Attorney Michael Sullivan's office.

The indictment alleges McHugh and Stelmach used a hammer to assault a black patron at T.J.'s Spirits South on June 3. The extent of the man's injuries was not known.

Sullivan's press release said McHugh and Stelmach are members of the Outlaws Motorcycle Club.

They face up to 10 years in prison. Neither could be reached for comment Tuesday. Stelmach's phone number was not in service, and there was no listing for McHugh.

Hmm.... There's obviously more to this in the indictment. I hope.. Just because you beat the bag out of a black guy doesn't automatically make it a hate crime. Maybe the brotha was just an asshole.. But than again this is Assachusetts where the liberals run free like sprites and fairies.. Sorry, if you're a sprite or fairy I didn't mean to insult you by lumping you in with the liberals.. Guess this calls for a public apology and move to another state..... Those guys should just be thankful they're not cops....

Both of these bags are full patched Outlaws... They are pieces of shite...They needed the beating of a minority in public for there patches and rights in the " CLUB ". This type of public beating in daylight with a few witnesses is part of there prestige and rank. The outlaws are running tons of roids and other drugs. They are currently moving through the area of Milford, Bellingham, and framingham. Competing with the HA in the area for space and new recruits. I have had the personnel disgust of meeting Stelmach and his seat, they now reside in my town....Yaaaaaaaaaaaa

Typical 1%er mentality. They operate live a pack of wolves. I wonder how aggressive they would be if alone and against someone who could defend themselves. Would love to see him try that with some unassuming mix-martial arts expert or boxer that would choke him out, make him tap out thru submission or light him up like a christmas tree with a thirty punch flurry!

Stalmack is a 1 % but he was "sucking the bull" when I spoke with him. Hope his boys Know that. Also he had a loaded pistol and a vest...Something to think about..
