I have a USP/45 Compact, Variant 1, with factory night sights, brand new in the box with all paperwork, and three mags........... $660.00 plus shipping and insurance to your local FFL Dealer.

(Besides being a full time cop, I am also an H&K Law Enforcement Dealer.)

Just be aware that if the H&K wasn't in MA on 10/21/98, it can't be "imported" to MA! No H&Ks are on the EOPS List and there is no LE exemption. So unless it is ordered by a PD, it would have to go thru a MA FFL who would be prohibited from doing the transfer by MGLs.

They are nice guns, but terrible triggers. I own both models, and no they are NOT for sale.

An individual that moves to the state may bring in ANY handgun they wish so long as it complies with the no new high capacity magazine law post 1994. So any handgun can be "imported" into MA, by the individual that owns it, moves here and complies with the permit process and makes sure that there are no new hicaps with it.

Let's be clear about this. The lists apply only to retail sales.
They do not apply to department sales, they do not apply to individual sales, they do not apply to sales between dealers. The only time these lists come into play are when there is a sale in MA with a 4473 and FA-10 form. Any other sale would not qualify for a check of the list.
