Does anyone know what the shift differentials are? More than likely a new guy is going to be on third for a while.

.75/hr for 2nd and 3rd shift

Depends on where you work. For example, I get 15% for a night differential.

3rd shift is hard to get at most place's. Some old timers end their career there and those w/ kids that can't get 1st shift will go 3rd.

Plan on working 2nd shift. Most start out there.

$1.75 for eve
$2.00 for mid

6 1/2 % Differential. All new people start out on Mids here unless Days are short people.

At UMAss Memorial 2nd shift diff pays $2.00/Hr and 3rd shift diff pays $4.00/Hr. We also receive a $2.50/Hr additional diff on all shifts when working the week end.
