Former Newton. NH Police Chief Rick Labell and his wife are morning the death of there 20 year old daughter, Kelly. She came down with triple EEE (Mosquito Bite) last week. She past away on Friday, September 9th, 2005. Rick is one of those guys who works with his community. After leaving Newton he was Chief up north but came back to the area and became a Detective with the Raymond PD.
In addition to her parents, Kelly leaves her two brothers: Michael, 26, a Raymond police officer who also lives in Newton; and Kevin, 22, who lives in Dover.
Kelly’s wake is on Tuesday at 4PM in Amesbury, MA. The funeral will be at 1000 hrs on Wednesday, Sept. 14th at the Mary Mother
