In regards to the test, I was told again yesterday that end of Sept/beginnning Oct would be the test for their dept. Exact date and time to be released soon. Their website is http://www.mashpeepd.com but I dont think it's posted yet. This was from a selectmans mouth as well as an officer, so it's not just a rumor

Hey redline did you make the call?

Hey Shawn sorry for the late reply, anyway I did make the call and the women on the phone said the Selectman still wanted a test, but she would not be very specific on when nor why it hasnt happened yet. Still supposedly this year though. If I get the letter or hear anything definitive I'll definitely post. *rambles about Massachusetts*

Anyone have any new info if there hiring?

Posted by: justcardio

No word yet. Keep an eye out because a test is in the near future. Just lost a patrolman to another department. Will keep you up to date.

Just checking to see how many of you MassCops faithful have sent in an application for the Mashpee PD? Anyone have any info on them? From what I heard, it is a great department to work for.

I've heard the same Shawn, still waiting for app reply with test info. I did though talk to one MPD officer (forget her name) who mentioned there were like 3 officers out on stress leave.....but they seem to have a good thing down there with an updated station, cruisers, and uniforms. See ya at the test bro.
