Yeah,
This is a wicked cool bill, however, a bit redundant coming in behind S#775.
We now have clarifying bills that solidify our previously established STATUTORY right(s) to enforce motor vehicle laws on State campuses under CH.73 and CH15A. My only concern now is that one bill is in ways/means and the other is in transportation, plus there is another one being introduced by a legislator from the north shore. With all these bills addressing one issue, I'm afraid they'll all get tied up and die in some effort to consolidate them all.
Of course NONE of this would be necessary if it wasn't for some lunkheads at RMV/EOPS
