A 19-year-old man was killed early Monday in a crash with a Sheboygan County Sheriff's Department squad car. Investigators say it happened around 1:20 a.m. Monday in the Town of Wilson. They say the deputy was on his way to assist another deputy in an arrest when the 19-year-old driver's vehicle slammed in the squad car at an intersection. The squad car burst into flames and other law enforcement officers were able to rescue the deputy. He was treated at the hospital and released. There's no word on what caused the crash.
