Homeless man charged with drug possession
FRAMINGHAM - A homeless man was arrested Friday at 8:48 p.m. at the Mary Dennison Playground, police said.
Luis G. Colon, 26, who is homeless, was arrested on a charge of possession of a Class D substance, marijuana, police said.
Framingham man faces drug charge
FRAMINGHAM - A Framingham man was arrested Friday at 10:10 p.m. at Dunkin' Donuts in downtown Framingham, police said.
John J. Leone, 34, of 12 Coburn St., was charged with possession of a Class D substance, marijuana; and trespassing, police said.
Ashland man charged with OUI drugs
FRAMINGHAM - An Ashland man was arrested Friday at 10:30 p.m. on Interfaith Terrace, police said.
Matthew P. Adams, 42, of 1 Grover Road, was charged with possession of drugs, driving under the influence of drugs, disturbing the peace and reckless driving, police said.
Framingham man charged with OUI
FRAMINGHAM - A Framingham man was arrested Friday at 10:50 p.m. on Elm Street, police said.
Brian M. Harris, 41, of 3 Mark Road, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and cited for a marked lanes violation, police said.
Milford woman faces second OUI charge
HOPKINTON - A Milford woman was arrested at 2:35 a.m. yesterday on South Street, police said.
Eleanor Straight, 39, of 270 Cricket St., was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, a second offense, and cited for a marked lanes violation, police said.
Wellesley woman faces OUI charge
SOUTHBOROUGH - A Wellesley woman was arrested yesterday at 1:27 a.m. on Rte. 9, police said.
Erica Schmidt, 18, of 97 Woodlawn Ave., was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, police said.
N.H. man charged with weapon possession
FRAMINGHAM - A New Hampshire man was arrested yesterday at 1:15 a.m. at Lincoln Street and Union Avenue, police said.
Kemuel W. McCoy, 38, of New Hampton Road in Franklin, N.H., was charged with reckless driving, disorderly conduct and possession of a weapon, police said. McCoy was also cited for a marked lanes violation, police said.
Framingham man arrested on warrant
FRAMINGHAM - A Framingham man was arrested yesterday at 3:09 a.m. on Temple Street at Rte. 9, police said.
David P. Procaccini, 42, 42 Arlington St., was arrested on a default warrant from the Chicopee District Court, police said.
