Wednesday session Shane P. McGlynn, 36, of 49 Tucker Terrace, Raynham, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting. The case was continued by Judge Marini to July 28. A complaint was filed against McGlynn May 21 relating to an incident on May 14 in Raynham.
Tuesday session
TAUNTON — Glen D. Rogers Jr., 18, of 89 Plain St. West, Berkley, was arraigned on three charges of possession of a firearm without an FID card and two charges of receiving stolen property over $250. A complaint was filed against him June 19 relating to an incident on May 6 in Berkley. The defendant was ordered held without bail by Clerk Magistrate Jody Manard-Parce until a dangerous hearing scheduled for June 26.
Patricia A. McCurdy, 51, of Taunton had a charge against her of disorderly conduct dismissed by Judge Kevan J. Cunningham. McCurdy was arrested on the charge Monday in Taunton.
Ashley A. Robert, 18, of 39 Sunnyslope Ave., Swansea, was placed by Judge Cunningham on pretrial probation for six months on a charge of shoplifting. A complaint was filed against Robert Tuesday after she was arrested Monday in Taunton.

TAUNTON — Loriann A. Medeiros, 27, of 21 Union St., Taunton, was arraigned on charges of receiving a stolen motor vehicle and conspiracy to violate a drug law. She was arrested on the charges Monday in Taunton. The defendant was ordered released on $500 cash bail. The cases were continued to July 9.
