Patrolman Ernest Chretien responded to a vehicle accident with injuries at 1 Washington St. at 9:53 a.m.
Patrolman Anthony Pistolese assisted the Fire Department with an oil spill at the Ninety-Nine Restaurant at 158 Dean St. at 10:07 a.m.
Patrolman Terry Downing issued a summons to Karen McCarthy, 39, of 240 Powderhorn Drive and charged her with assault and battery for a past incident reported at 3 p.m.
Patrolman David Amaral arrested both Theresa Desisto, 19, of 57 Dean St. Raynham, and Samantha Durfee-Rebello, 19, of 38 Garfield St. were both charged with shoplifting at Kohl’s at 6 p.m.
Thursday
Patrolman Shawn Smith arrested Amanda Downey, 20, of Taunton and charged her on a warrant for prostitution at Crocker and Washington streets at 10:27 a.m.
Patrolman Gerard Roy investigated a report of a suspicious person near the bridge on Scadding Street and arrested two people. Lloyd Wicker, 24, of Taunton was charged with possession of a Class B substance and Christian Hellpap, 29, of 226 Meadow St., Carver, was charged on outstanding warrants at 11:19 a.m.
Patrolman Brian Dunham issued a summons to Crystal Emond, 36, of Kilmer Avenue charging her with larceny from a building and uttering a false check at 58 Johnson St. at 1:15 p.m.
Patrolman Terrence Downing issued a summons to Marcus Mitchell, 20, of 102 Clifford St. charging him with cruelty to animals at 1:33 p.m.
