SANTA ANA, Calif.—A store security guard has pleaded not guilty in Santa Ana to charges that he carried a loaded gun while off-duty and told police he was a federal agent. Prosecutors say Kevin Javaheri was arrested Feb. 27 after Orange police approached him in a restaurant where he was sitting with a loaded gun in a shoulder holster. A photo ID attached to the holster allegedly identified him as a Department of Homeland Security agent and he had hundreds of fake DHS business cards. Javaheri, 49, entered his pleas Wednesday and was released after posting $25,000 bail. He faces four years in prison if convicted on all charges. Records show Javaheri is licensed to carry a weapon on the job as a security guard, but Deputy District Attorney Keith Bogardus says Javaheri was not working at the time of his arrest. MERCURY NEWS

Well, since he's obviously out of a job in CA, maybe he can come out here and get a job as an official notary public with those nutjobs in Ayer.
