Court logs Fitchburg District Court

Arraignments:

Valentino Garcia, 19, of 81 Edwards St., Apartment 3, Fitchburg, charged with breaking and entering in the daytime for a felony and larceny more than $250, held on $500 cash with a July 1 court date, in a separate case charged with defacing property and breaking and entering in the daytime for a felony, held on $500 cash with a July 1 court date.


Dispositions:

Nicholas J. Mascia III, 24, of 15 Maryanna Drive, Apartment E, Fitchburg, charged with larceny more than $250, no finding, case to be dismissed if $300 in restitution paid by Aug. 8.

Robert A. Bruno, 19, of 368 Clarendon St., Fitchburg, charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to signal and possession of a Class A drug, admitted to sufficient facts on count of possession of a Class A drug, case continued without a finding until Dec. 5, fined $100 for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and no finding on count of failure to signal.

Eddie Moore, 43, of 138 Prichard St., Fitchburg, charged with three counts of violating an abuse prevention order and receiving stolen property more than $250, found guilty on all counts, sentenced to one year in the Worcester County House of Correction with six months suspended, given 34 days credit for time already served, placed on probation until June 5, 2009.
Innocent O. Udo, 61, of Texas, charged with motor vehicle homicide by negligent operation and a state highway traffic violation, found not guilty on count of motor vehicle homicide by negligent operation and found responsible on count of state highway traffic violation, fined $50.


Dwayne P. Beauvais, 50, of 399 Knower Road, Westminster, charged with assault and battery and trespass, both counts dismissed on request of the Commonwealth with the defendant's consent.

Debroah King, 54, of 12 Main St., Westminster, charged with assault and battery and trespass, both counts dismissed on request of the Commonwealth with the defendant's consent.

Tamblynne Lacoy, 50, of 43 Hobson St., Fitchburg, charged with assault and battery, dismissed on request of the Commonwealth with the defendant's consent.

Edgar Aviles Jr., 20, of 801 Dwight St., Holyoke, charged with assault and battery, dismissed without prejudice.

Javier Matos, 25, of 11 Greenwood St., No. 2, Gardner, charged with threatening to commit a crime and violating an abused prevention order, admitted to sufficient facts on count of violating an abused prevention order, placed on probation until June 5, 2009, count of threatening to commit a crime dismissed.



Leominster District Court

Arraignments:
Irene Pena, 38, of 147 Crestview Lane, Fitchburg, charged with operating under the influence, released on personal recognizance bail with a court date of June 19.

Marinely Riquelme, 35, of 24 Oak St., Clinton, charged with leaving the scene of property damage, released on personal recognizance bail with a court date of July 3.


Dispositions:
Elizabeth Jones, 21, of 17 Laurel St., Leominster, found responsible for a municipal ordinance violation. Ordered to pay a $50 fine.
Joshua Cruz, 21, of 86 Farmer Ave., pled guilty to assault with a danger weapon, disorderly conduct, vandalism, and two counts of threat to commit a crime. Given a six-month suspended jail sentence on each charge, placed on one year of probation, ordered to take anger management classes, stay away from the victim and stay alcohol free.
