Framingham men arrested on warrants
FRAMINGHAM - Two Framingham men were arrested on drug charges at their Hollis Street home Wednesday.
Rafael Cruz, 50, of 449 Hollis St., was arrested on a Lowell District Court warrant charging him with possession of cocaine and violation of a restraining order, police said. Cruz also had a Fitchburg District Court warrant charging him with trespassing, resisting arrest and assault and battery.
Heriberto Colon, 31, of 449 Hollis St., was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of Class B drugs with intent to distribute, police said.
Framingham man arrested on drug charge
FRAMINGHAM - James Burke, 50, of 3 Merchant Road, Framingham, was arrested yesterday and charged with possession of a Class B drug with intent to distribute, police said.
Ashland man arrested on license charge
ASHLAND - A man was arrested Tuesday around 7:17 p.m. after a traffic stop on Pond Street, police said.
David Cabrera, 32, was charged with driving with a suspended license, police said. That license listed an address of 19 Magazine St., Newark, N.J., though he may now live in Framingham.
Marlborough woman arrested on license charge
MARLBOROUGH - A Marlborough woman was arrested Wednesday morning and charged with driving without a license.
Christine M. Grasso, 44, of 7A Versailles St., was arrested at 11:35 a.m. and also charged with uttering a false prescription, police said. Grasso faces an unspecified warrant charge.
Hudson man arrested on warrant
MARLBOROUGH - A Hudson man was arrested Wednesday night on unspecified warrant charges.
Jonathan A. May, 21, of 26 Richardson Road, was arrested at 8:38 p.m., police said.
Woman charged with A&B on child
MARLBOROUGH - A local woman was arrested Wednesday morning on multiple assault charges.
Mirella Rodriguez, 40, of 16 Briarwood Lane, was arrested at 11:44 a.m. and charged with assault and battery on a child with injury and two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon (belt), police said
