The following dispositions were recorded in District Court:
Maria Silva, 42, 22 Bay St., New Bedford, driving without a license, dismissed, $50 court costs; no inspection sticker, not responsible.
Ryan Arruda, 22, 225 Almond St., driving after license suspended, to be dismissed, $100 court costs; no inspection sticker, not responsible.
Habiballah A. Abdur-Raheem, 27, 737 County St., New Bedford, driving after license suspended and motor vehicle operator refusing to identify self, continued three months without findings, $200 court costs.
Kevin Duponte, 33, 114 Bark St., Swansea, leaving scene of accident
after causing property damage, continued two years without a finding.
In jury of six session:
Kevin Alves, 20, 93 Old Bedford Road, Westport, larceny more than $250, dismissed for failure to prosecute, $150 court costs.
Joshua Lima, 24, 5 Morton St., assault, continued a year without a finding.
Assunda Ciaramella, 43, 127 Oxford St., assault with a dangerous weapon, continued three months without a finding; disorderly conduct and municipal ordinance/bylaw violation, dismissed at request of commonwealth.
Alexis L. Jones, 28, 135 Franklin St., violating abuse prevention order, dismissed at request of commonwealth.
Janeika A. Butler, 19, 227 Fifth St., conspiracy to violate the drug laws, dismissed.
Barry Cabral, 31, 34 Moore St., assault with a dangerous weapon, 18 months in house of correction, suspended with two years probation; larceny less than $250, two years probation, $140 restitution; home invasion, dismissed at request of commonwealth; malicious destruction to property less than $250, guilty, filed.
Matthew Bernier, 20, 48 Crapo St., New Bedford, breaking and entering in nighttime for a misdemeanor, one year probation.
Jose A. Vega Jr., 27, 96 Suffolk St., violating abuse prevention order and assault and battery, dismissed, witness failed to appear; assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, dismissed.
Sotheara Mom, 22, 63 Hargraves St., assault with a dangerous weapon and larceny from a person, dismissed for failure to prosecute.
Anthony Rego, 66, 738 King Philip St., violating abuse prevention order, continued a year without a finding; criminal harassment, threatening to commit a crime and making annoying phone calls, continued six months without findings; assault, dismissed.
Michael Salamone, 43, 664 Walnut St., carrying a dangerous weapon, one year probation; possession of Class E drug, continued a year without a finding; trespassing, dismissed at request of commonwealth.
Ryan L. Volton, 26, 119 Tremont St., assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and larceny from a person, dismissed at request of commonwealth.
Broderick Parrish, 39, 1909 N. Main St., driving under influence of liquor, reckless operation and driving after license suspended, two years probation, alcohol program, assessed $600.
