Police in Bellows Falls , Vermont are investigating two homemade bombs-- one that blew up in a woman's car. It happened at an intersection while the woman was stopped at a stop sign. Police say she was leaving work and did not realize the device was in her car. The soda-bottle bomb exploded, spraying chemicals and aluminum foil all over the woman but, luckily, she was only slightly injured. Another device that did NOT explode was also found in the car. It was denoted by the Vermont Bomb Squad. "I believe it was a random. I believe they chose this car because it was unlocked at the woman's place of employment. It could have happened to any other person, but this woman just happened to have the vehicle that got chosen," said Bellows Falls Police Chief Ronald Lake. Police are reminding people to lock their cars.
