Cops charge man with disorderly conduct
MILFORD - A 45-year-old Milford man was arrested early yesterday and charged with disorderly conduct, police said.
Costanzo Roman Villani, of 12 Short St., Apt. 4, was arrested around 1:40 a.m. near 42 Main St., police said.
Bellingham man arrested on warrant
BELLINGHAM - A 32-year-old Bellingham man was arrested early yesterday on a warrant, police said.
John N. Koulalis, of 119 Annmarie Drive, was arrested around 12:10 a.m. near 96 North Main St., police said. He was wanted for driving an unregistered motor vehicle, police said.
Downed power lines cause street closure
MEDWAY - Part of Main Street was closed yesterday after a downed tree brought down power lines.
Police said a transformer also leaked fluids near the Main and Village Street intersection.
NStar and local firefighters worked through the afternoon to clear the scene. Power was restored at about 7:20 p.m.
