Fall River POLICE REPORTS 05-12-08

Police have made the following arrests:


Fall River
Scott J. Borges, 32, and David J. Borges, 40, both 29 Judson St., and Michael Duberek, 34, 100 Almeida Terrace, Portsmouth, R.I., each charged with conspiracy to violate drug laws. Scott Borges also is charged with possession of a Class D drug to distribute, possession of Class B, C and E drugs. Duberek also is charged with possession of a Class D drug.

Todd Gluchacki, 30, 17 Howard St., charged with domestic assault and battery.

Julie A. DaSilva, 26, 132 Albion St., charged with driving after license suspended, leaving scene of accident after causing property damage and marked lanes violation.

Freetown

Jose M. Navedo (Santos), 63, of Fall River, charged with failure to register as a sex offender.

Christopher Texeira, 24, of 213 County Road, charged with having a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Patrick M. Dooley, 58, of 182 Braley Road, charged with operating under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation.

Robert Westgate, 35, of New Bedford, and Sheryl Westgate, 33, of New Bedford, each charged with breaking and entering during the daytime and carrying a firearm without a license.

Shawn E. Reynolds, 35, of 52 Quanapoag Road, and Lee Jameson Tolley, 20, of 138 County St., charged with breaking and entering during the daytime and carrying a firearm without a license.

Nicholas B. Deducca, 17, of Berkley, and Robert D. Ence, 4 Costa Drive, charged with breaking and entering during the nighttime, malicious or wanton defacement of property and possession of a burglarious instrument. Deducca was also charged with assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest.

Rita Goldberg, 47, of 87 South Main St., charged with assault and battery on a child with substantial injury, violation of an abusive prevention order and possession of a Class E drug.

Thomas W. Hilderbran, 24, and Sharon J. Vaughan, 40, both of 2 Abraham Ave., and Charles A. Vaughan, 44, of Coventry, all were charged with malicious or wanton defacement of property and larceny over $250 and trespassing

Somerset
Bobby H. Mentalvos, 39, 328 Wood St., charged with operating after revocation of license.

Mary Moore, 43, 46 Deb’s Hill Road, Yarmouthport, charged with possession of a Class B drug, subsequent offense.

Matthew K. Sousa, 19, 318 Broadway Ave., Fall River, charged with possession of a Class D drug.

Jason Santos, 27, 222 Eagle St., Fall River, charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Barbara J. Pimental, 43, 210 Dwelly Road, charged with possession of a Class A drug with intent to distribute, operating under the influence of drugs, operating to endanger, conspiracy to violate drug laws, marked lanes violation and drug violation near school/park.

Joann St. Pierre, 43, 884 State Road, Westport, charged with possession of a Class A drug with intent to distribute, conspiracy to violate drug laws and drug violation near school/park.

Swansea
Brittney Lynn Tobin, 19, 369 Ocean Grove Ave., charged with possession of a Class D drug.

John Christopher Frias, 19, 115 Luther Ave., charged with possession of a Class D drug and resisting arrest.

Westport
Ryan Andrade, 26, 807 High St., Fall River, charged with OUI-liquor, reckless operation of motor vehicle, marked lanes violation.

Richard Rodriguez, 21, New Bedford, charged with unlicensed operation of motor vehicle

David M. Cabral, 43, 70 Cummings Lane, Westport, charged with speeding, operating motor vehicle with license revoked

Katelyn Desautels, 17, 670 Main Road, Westport, charged with domestic assault and battery
