Korey E. Humphreys, hey dickhead go post on yourmother.com

I'm not impressed with any of your knowledge and obviously you were not the victim of real police abuse or you wouldn't be able to type with all your fingers. And how dare you call human beings scumbags. you're the scumbag here. you still live at 53 School St. in Hanover, Ma?
Please tell me you're not an investigator!! LMAO

No, I do not live in the town you specified. I live in ayer. I'm currently working in cooperation with the DOJ and the Attorney General's Office in uncovering the truth about alleged misconduct in certain police departments.

Maybe if you leave me your name and information, I'll contact you personally.

-----------------------------------------------------------------
In regards to a matter unrelated to your post..... No I am not a constable. I am a paralegal investigator and a commissioned Public Officer holding the office of Notary Public. I work for the courts, though I am not a constable.
KHump

I would finally like to say that I do not investigate petty cases of misconduct. My office's primary focus is on working with those citizens who have been beaten and physically assaulted by an on duty police officer.

If you, as respected officers, have any sense of ethics and believe in abiding by the laws of this Commonwealth, then you too should agree that police Officer's who abuse people and fabricate evidence, should not be a public servant.

I have a lot of respect for police. I really do. I have no respect for unethical assailants that hide behind a badge and think they're 'above the law'.

Finally, I repeat, I don't get involved with minor, stupid cases dealing with police misconduct. I don't waste my time in hearing the non-sense.

What a bunch of f*ckin loons...if they weren't so serious it would be funny. I shudder to think of the exaggerations, fibbing and outright lies that fly during one of their basement root-beer parties.

I'm fairly certain not one of these clowns has ever been in anything approaching a real fight, outside of their fantasy dojos and think that their experience with real firearms (not airsoft) is slightly less than the average Clinton-supporting college professor. What gets me is if they were real tough guys, why aren't their asses in one of the armed services, learning some real skills rather than wasting their time on the soldier-of-fortune correspondence courses they slavishly subscribe to? Stupid me, if I were a young man with an interest in law-enforcement, my ass would be down at the recruiting station!

If these dorks spent as much time doing something positive with their lives rather than pretending to be cops, they might actually accomplish something!

PERSONAL ME:

My name is Korey, I'm 24 years old and reside in Ayer. Sadly I've lived in Ayer my whole life. One day I wish to get the heck out of here! I know everyone in this small town and it sucks! I went to High School at NVTHS and finished in 2002. After high school I went on to receive my certification in paralegal studies. Now I am happy to announce that after two long years, and thousands of dollars later, I have finally earned a college degree in paralegal studies. I "officially" graduated on November 13, 2007.

Anyone that knows me realizes that I am fair and impartial concerning any issue and I won't show an allegiance toward any one group or issue. I tend to have a superiority attitude which has actually worked out in my benefit. I’ve always had this attitude and have never been intimidated in standing up for what I felt was right. If a person gives me respect then I naturally give it back regardless of the persons’ perceived reputation or status in society. This, nonetheless, is not an invitation to ‘manipulate’ or otherwise ‘walk all over me’ --- for if you cross the line, I guarantee you you’ll think twice before you overstep my boundary again.

I'm not even sure what they are.....a notary is someone with a pulse and a detectable blood pressure who "certifies" documents.

Doesn't a process server have to work under the license of a constable or deputy sheriff?

I don't know about anyone else, but I'm shaking in my boots.

My favorite part was when they say that they are working with DOJ on police misconduct investigations. I can see it now:

Governor: Attorney General, we just received a complaint that Joe Schmoe was severely beaten by on-duty police officers last night. This is turning into a media firestorm and could result in federal indictments. I need you to put your best investigators on the case!

AG: Governor, I know just the right guys for the job. These two 18 year old self-appointed process servers out of Ayer. They are the elite! Sure, they had a few "run ins" with the law when they were younger, but they say that they are "fair" and "honest" now. Plus, they bought some pretty neato badges for themselves!

He forgot to add that he is prime suspect for pulling people over on Route 2 and Route 190 and charged for impersonating a police officer, has blue lights on his former two tone cruiser, is well known to everyone at A3,C4,C9,C1 and many many other communities and is well known for many incidents.

This is so sad because, the guy is pretending that he is a constable, and he is not even a constable, hes a notary. Which inside of itself I think is kind of a joke, noraties seem to be obsolete. I have had to get 2 things notorized in my whole life.

Douche Chill:

Introduced by the character Tobias Funke (David Cross) on the short-lived but acclaimed, award winning FOX sitcom Arrested Development. "Douche chill" is an exclamation calling attention to the embarrassment of someone who has brought ill consequences on themselves.

Typically annunciated an octave or two higher than one's normal speaking voice and drawing out the "L" sound in "chill."
1. Mike and Tom are playing one-on-one basketball. Mike tries to show off and go up for a dunk. He misses it and face plants on the concrete. The sooner the better, Mike exclaims, "Douche chilllllll!"

I would certainly give more weight to a legitimate officer's wife than a "federal process server" or some other foolish whacker.

I just saw him walking downtown Ayer yesterday. He was walking with another whale ,both of them were wearing gold badges around their necks and walking towards the courthouse. Unfreaking believable. I had another officer with me and when I explained to her she still thought I was kidding her.

Ayer Police Department -- Wonderful Changes
Tonight I willing fully went down to the Ayer Police Department to talk to Officer Daniel Morrison to discuss a certain situation, also to apologize to him in person for something that had taken place. While I was walking to the Police Station and when I arrived, I was waiting for Officer Morrison to arrive. (He was out on patrol) The only thoughts in my mind was, is he going to arrest me on some bogus charge(s)? Is he going to threaten me? Is he going to close the door and push me around or anything like that like other Police Officers were/ acted in the past? After waiting for about three-five minutes for his arrival, I went into the interview room with him, at first I was nervous thinking about the way the cops in town were in the past with me and even other people. We discussed things about a certain situation.

The whole time that Officer Morrison and I were talking, I realized that he is different! He was professional and not being a smart alick, or even saying comments to get me to act out in front of the camra or anything! (Which Officers in the past always did/ tried) In the town of Ayer, I never had a(n) experience like that, even with Officer Jennifer Davis when I am/ was down town and working, besides when I was younger and before the last acting Chife! If it wasn't for the new Chief of Police in town, William A. Murray, there would still be crooked and bad cops! Ever since I'v been back home (I had to leave state because of a few cops in town) I have realy noticed a big change in the Department! As long as these cops are here, I know I/ we can do my/ are work with out any problems or herassments like in the past when my brother was showing me how to do the job correctly and professionally for when I get older (now) and able to work for him and his Network.

We need more police officers like Officer Daniel Morrison and Officer Jennifer Davis to work in this town! Don't get me wrong, there are still a few other good cops on the Ayer Police Department, but ever since I've been back from N.C., these two new Ayer Police Officers have reminded me that there are still good police officers in this world who take their oath to protect and serve the public seriously. The two bad cops, McSweeney and Neubould, made me pissed at law enforcement in general... now I'm glad real police officers still exist in this world.

To Chief Murray, keep up everything that you are doing on this Department! You are 100% better than the last acting Chief!

Korey Humphreys

You must have gone down their for the Dan Riley incident. . . am I right? You should just let it go and stay as far away from Mr. Riley as possible. He's bad news! All the long term Ayer Police Officers know about him.

On another note, I agree with you that the Ayer Police Department has changed for the best. When I petitioned the U.S. Department of Justice and heard/notarized complaints relating to McSweeney and Newbould, Ayer residents would contact me frequently to complain about those two. Now that they are both gone, I haven't heard any bad things about the performance of the Ayer Police.

The following Police Officers have been very respectful in dealing with me:

--- Officer James Wilson
--- Officer Jennifer Davis
--- Sgt. John McDonald
--- Officer Matthew Callahan
--- Detective Brian Gill
--- Sgt. Todd Crumpton

(NOTE: I'm sure the other Police Officers are respectful also. I only mentioned the above named officers because I've interacted with them. The late night to early morning shift I'll never actually meet because I like to sleep at night. LOL )

They treat people the way people treat them. I always treat authority figures with respect, as I do with everyone I come into contact with; however, if my boundary is crossed, my respect flies out the window and down the street. LOL

Officer Cunningham and Sgt. Edmonds seem as though they have a lot of animosity towards me.... but... not everyone will like you. LOL --- Just remember that Justin: Not everyone will like you......... that's just life.

Finally, I agree with you about Chief Murray. When false accusations were made against me by my brother, which resulted in an emergency 209A, I had to surrender my license to carry chemical propellants to the Ayer Police Department. On Monday May 12th when I went to Court to defend myself and present evidence as to why the restraining order shouldn't continue, Judge Kilmartin vacated the order. Shortly thereafter, I went to the police station and asked what the policy was on getting my LTC mace back. I was initially told that I would probably have to setup an appointment with Chief Murray and have a little hearing to see if I should get it back.

I called Chief Murray and left him a message. A couple of hours later he called me back and said I could go down and pick up my pepper spray and get my card back. I was shocked! I really thought I was going to be given the run around and wait a while to get it back. Luckily, he was nice enough to give it back that same day!

I'm very happy with the performance of the Ayer Police Department nowadays.

Notary Public ID (PVC card)

Have you ever been asked by a client to prove you're a Massachusetts Notary Public? I don't know about you, but I don't carry my commission certificate everywhere I go.
My 8.5 x 11 certificate sits in a frame on my office wall. Those who came to me could verify that I wasn't an impostor by reading the certificate; however, when I provided mobile notary public services, I had no way to verify my status until now.

Strange. When I got MY 8.5 x 11 certificate, it also came with a wallet sized card. For free. I tend to believe that the stamp that says 'Notary' and the seal that also somewhere on it says 'Notory' would be a dead giveaway. But yeah, there's probably a roving band of fake notaries looking to bilk you out of 5 bucks for notarizing a document. It adds up, you know,

But don't let that stop you from getting an ID card that, instead of stating "Massachusetts Notary Public' which incidentally is the title of the office, get one that says "Massachusetts Public Officer' because when you flash a badge and an ID card it's much easier to confuse the words "Public Officer" with 'Police Officer" than if it said "Notary Public", which again is the proper title of the office.

Because "Notaries Public" just looks retarded when it's laminated. Sorry, just thinking out loud.

Complete Douche ID (PVC card)

Have you ever been asked by a client to prove you're a Massachusetts Complete Douche? I don't know about you, but I don't carry my commission certificate everywhere I go. My 8.5 x 11 certificate sits in a frame on my office wall. Those who came to me could verify that I wasn't an impostor by reading the certificate; however, when I provided mobile Complete Douche services, I had no way to verify my status until now.

All ID's are printed on a plastic PVC card and are the same size as a Massachusetts Drivers License. All information contained on the card can be verified by our commissioning authority.

The front of the card features a hologram that reads "Authentic", when turned towards the light. It is truly a professional ID card that will satisfy your client when you're asked to prove your status as a Complete Douche.
Since it is illegal in Massachusetts to impersonate a Complete Douche, your commission information will have to be verified by the Governor's Office before an ID is issued. If you're a Complete Douche for another jurisdiction, you must provide us with proof of your status before an ID will be created and sent to you.

I saw this car on Memorial Drive today, and I'm not quite sure if its legitimate or what.

Late model Hyundai Elantra with a mass passenger plate, with a large "Suffolk Sheriff" decal on the rear window, a set of LED lights on the rear deck, a large sheriffs badge decal on the trunk lid, a thin blue sheriffs badge on the rear window, and a 2ft by 1ft white sign with black letters in the front dash that said "Suffolk County Sheriff Dept." and what looked like a raid jacket on a hanger.

He wasn't driving like a tool or anything, but I can't imagine someone would dress up a personal vehicle like this knowing if he cracked it up he wouldn't see a dime from the sheriffs department.

He can put whatever he wants on his car; unless it has police plates or otherwise satisfies 90-7E, that's $300 for the commonwealth because you KNOW the LED's are blue.

Roger that...
However, That 100K warranty came in handy when the Tranny crapped out at 94K. It was sweet beating the piss out of the new V6 Sonata loaner, while the factory footed the $1700+ repair bill.

I couldn't have done that with a taurus or malibu!
