NASHUA, N.H. -- A car windshield was shattered by a rock tossed from an overpass on the Everett Turnpike at 3 p.m. Friday.
Shortly after the driver filed the report, state police located several juveniles on the overpass near Exit 5. One of the suspects admitted to police that he or she threw the rock and was taken into custody and transported to the Nashua Police Department.
The driver was unhurt.
Law enforcement officials remind everyone that throwing objects off of any overpass is extremely dangerous and incidents are treated very seriously.
