Ildo L. Goncalves, 55, Pawtucket, R.I., driving under influence of liquor — fourth offense, negligent operation and driving after license suspended, dismissed for failure to prosecute.
Kevin A. Lima, 28, Acushnet, driving after license revoked as habitual traffic offender and leaving scene of accident after causing property damage, one year probation; carjacking, assault and battery, larceny of a motor vehicle and leaving scene of accident after causing personal injury, dismissed.
Hollis Costa, 44, 132 Bradford Ave., operating uninsured motor vehicle and number plate violation, 10 days in house of correction, suspended with six months probation; operating unregistered motor vehicle, responsible, filed.
Timothy Barreira, 21, 128 Briggs Road, Westport, assault and battery to collect a loan and threatening to commit a crime, dismissed for failure to prosecute; possession of a Class D drug, dismissed at request of commonwealth.
Brian Cavanaugh, 52, 121A Braley Road, Freetown, larceny less than $250 by check and six counts of employer failing to timely pay wages, one year probation, $5,087 restitution; employer failing to have worker’s compensation, guilty, filed; minimum wage records violation by employer, filed.
Albert Finlay, 49, 581 Ridge St., assault and battery, dismissed, witness failed to appear.
Zachary Laudati, 22, 39J Rolling Green Drive, assault and battery, dismissed.
Raymond Noel, 47, last known address in New Bedford, two counts of larceny more than $250 by check, dismissed, $650 restitution.
William A. Costa, 43, 866 North St., Somerset, assault with a dangerous weapon, dismissed for failure to prosecute; assault and battery and intimidating a witness, dismissed.
William Cuevas-Colon, 49, 680 N. Main St., assault with a dangerous weapon, disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct, dismissed for failure to prosecute.
Richard D. Finn, 36, 272 Stetson St., breaking and entering vehicle/boat in nighttime for a felony, possession of burglary instrument, receiving stolen property more than $250 and conspiracy, dismissed for failure to prosecute.
Jose Jovel-Castro, 21, 575 N. Main St., assault with a dangerous weapon and intimidating a witness, dismissed at request of complainant.
Shannon R. Hamm, alias Salamone, 37, 813 Locust St., assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon and shoplifting, dismissed for failure to prosecute.
Christopher Toomey, 39, 112 Homer Drive, Somerset, assault and battery, dismissed at request of commonwealth.
Paul Santos, 41, 76 Price Place, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, dismissed, $59 restitution.
Miguel A. Concepcion, 47, 199 Hope St., forgery of a check and uttering a false check, six months pretrial probation, $1,187 restitution.
Michael Caruso, 19, Milford, assault and battery on a police officer and disturbing the peace, continued 18 months without findings; assault and battery on a police officer, dismissed.
Robert J. Carreiro, 53, 128 Cambridge St., open and gross lewdness, disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct, dismissed, witness failed to appear.
Arthur Coe III, 18, 762 Globe St., larceny from a person, one year pretrial probation.
Jeannette Borges, 38, 1457 Rodman St., assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, dismissed.
Timothy Barreira, 21, 175 State Road, Westport, possession of a Class D drug to distribute, dismissed.
William T. Hall, 29, 588 Warren Ave., larceny from a person, receiving stolen property, dismissed.
Christopher Kelly, 33, 211 Fountain St., assault and battery, one year probation; intimidating a witness, vandalizing property, dismissed; vandalizing property, continued without guilty finding for one year.
Matthew Lewis, 37, 28 Fortier St., Somerset, assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, dismissed.
Brian Roque, 42, 303 Hawthorne St., assault and battery on person over 60/disabled with injury, dismissed.
