The following dispositions were recorded in District Court:

Theodore Brillon, 55, 287 Snipatuit Road, Rochester, unregistered motor vehicle, not responsible; violation to conceal number plate, dismissed, $50 court costs.

Jamie T. Nobles, 30, 694 Walnut St., operating motor vehicle with suspended license/ subsequent offense, continued for one year without a guilty finding, $500 court costs; unregistered motor vehicle, filed; uninsured motor vehicle, continued without a guilty finding for one year; violation to conceal number plate, dismissed, $100 court costs.

Andrea Saraiva, 25, 24 Varley St., threatening to commit a crime, continued three months without a finding.

Ashley Cioe, 18, 172 Earle St., credit card fraud less than $250 and larceny less than $250, continued six months without findings.

Leslie A. Paquette, 19, 326 Hemlock St., assault, dismissed.

Sarah R. Sylvia, 26, 19 Beech St., New Bedford, receiving stolen motor vehicle, dismissed at request of commonwealth before arraigned.

Paul M. Giunta, 28, 90 Snell St., vandalizing property, dismissed at request of commonwealth.

Richard Durden, 38, 165 Barnaby St., interfering with a police officer, dismissed, witness failed to appear.

Douglas E. DePina, 41, 874 County St., New Bedford, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct and interfering with a police officer, dismissed, witness failed to appear.
Adam Concepcion, 27, last known address in Fall River, assault and battery, continued six months without a finding.

Anne M. Azevedo, 20, 70 Barrows St., assault and battery, dismissed.

Derek M. King, 37, 212 Diman St., assault and threatening to commit a crime, dismissed.

Carlos Pacheco, 51, 515 S. Main St., two counts of driving after license suspended, guilty, filed, eight hours of community service; driving after license suspended, dismissed at request of commonwealth; no inspection sticker, motor vehicle bylaw violation and two counts of no license in possession, not responsible.

Ivan Ortiz, 21, Pawtucket, R.I., assault and battery and vandalizing property, dismissed at request of commonwealth and victim.

Carlos Lopez, 40, 141 Peckham St., assault and battery and resisting arrest, probation to April 29, 2009; assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, continued to April 29, 2009 without a finding.

Jerome Monteiro, 28, Providence, driving without a license and operating uninsured motor vehicle, dismissed at request of commonwealth; operating unregistered motor vehicle, not responsible.

Mary St. Laurent, 58, 57 Daisy Lane, distributing counterfeit mark, continued six months without a finding.

Gweyn L. Steadman, 35, 26 Odd St., sexual conduct for a fee, 90 days in house of correction, suspended with six months probation.

Bobby H. Mentavlos, 39, 328 Wood St., Somerset, escape from municipal lockup, fined $625; larceny less than $250, dismissed at request of commonwealth.

Shawn Pereira, 31, 1863 Pleasant St., unarmed robbery and assault and battery, dismissed at request of commonwealth.

Joseph Ventura, 25, 386 Lawton St., possession of a Class B drug, to be dismissed, $100 court costs; possession of a Class A drug, dismissed at request of commonwealth.

Noreen Stewart, 24, 128 Sunset Hill, larceny from a building, identity fraud and forgery of a document, continued two years without findings; credit card fraud less than $250, dismissed at request of commonwealth; identity fraud, forgery of a document, credit card fraud less than $250 and two counts of uttering a false writing, dismissed.

John Leite, 29, 40 Bowler St., reckless driving, continued six months without a finding.

In jury of six session:

Carlos M. Viveiros, 50, 1216 S. Main St., resisting arrest, one year House of Correction suspended for two years; shoplifting by concealing merchandise, guilty, $162.50 restitution; possession of a Class A drug, one year House of Correction suspended for two years; two counts furnishing false name/Social Security number, filed; shopliftiing, dismissed.

Derek Raposo, 21, 144 Dickinson St., paying for sexual conduct, dismissed, $200 court costs.

Shawn Pereira, 31, 1709 Pleasant St., two counts assault and battery, one year probation.

Gail Oyenigha, 46, 72 Dayton Ave., Warwick, Mass., charged with assault and battery, dismissed; disorderly conduct, dismissed, $500 restitution.

Bobby H. Mentavios, 39, 328 Wood St., violating a restraining order, threatening to commit a crime, both dismissed; threatening to commit a crime, not guilty.

Thomas Creasy, 18, 16 Bayview Ave., Berkley, larceny from a person and assault and battery, both dismissed, failure of witness to appear;

Eric J. Chor, 23, 882 Hood St., assault and battery, breaking and entering misdemeanor, both dismissed without prejudice, failure of witness to appear.

Lawrence D. Bassett, 68, 222 John St., motor vehicle larceny, filed.

Raymond M. Avila Jr., 30, 24 Irene St., New Bedford, two counts assault and battery, dismissed, 57 days House of Correction deemed served.

Leonard Ossick, 61, 280 Dover St., two counts assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and resisting arrest, both dismissed without prejudice.

Keith Cabral, 50, 526 Grinnel St., assault and battery on a police officer, dismissed, $100 court costs; resisting arrest, dismissed.

Randall Aguiar Jr., 21, 203 State Ave., Tiverton, assault with a dangerous weapon and larceny from a person, dismissed, witness failed to appear.

Robert L. Bearden, 33, 934 Middle St., assault and battery, dismissed at request of victim.

Brian Costa, 35, 531 King Philip St., driving after license suspended, continued two years without a finding; unsafe operation of a motor vehicle and motor vehicle bylaw violation, not responsible.
