PRESTONSBURG, Ky. — An eastern Kentucky man is in jail on two counts of murder after two of his neighbors were shot to death.
Kentucky State Police say 45-year-old Berry Hall of Prestonsburg was arrested outside the neighbors' home.
Police say Hall has had an ongoing dispute with 47-year-old Alan Keith Tackett and 30-year-old Lisa Lynn Tackett and on Thursday fired a rifle at the Tacketts. The Tacketts were pronounced dead at the scene at around 7 p.m. EDT Thursday.
Police did not know details of the dispute Thursday night or whether the Tacketts were related.
