CONCORD, N.H. -- Police in Concord said they are keeping watch on the Internet for prostitution offers.
Investigators said they check the New Hampshire page of Craigslist, a free online community site, for sexual offers. Police said most of the ads don't mention that the sex is for sale, which would make it prostitution, but that doesn't mean it is free, either.
Officials said sometimes the cost isn't discussed until undercover detectives respond to ads. Several arrests have been made recently based on Craigslist ads.
