I am thinking about going back into the reserves as a 91B. Anyone out there go through the training recently? Any heads up feed back would be great.

they are 68w's now. I just had the same conversation w/a recruiter. If your emt is not current they will send you to ft sam for a 3 wk refresher.

My advice to you is Don't Do It!!!.

The genral medical orientation (GMO) is not so bad. But you will be worked/treated like a dog when your at AIT for 91b/68w training.

Goto 91C (licensed practical Nurse) program. Plenty of civillian employment opportunites when you finish.

If you do it the right way you get into the civillian contract program. The Reserves sends you to GMO, then you come home and goto a local LPN program of your choosing. You are put on Active Duty Military to goto school, live at home and collect a nice paycheck every month while Uncle Sam pays for school and all your supplies, books, ect. ect. ect...

Check it out/good luck
