The president of the organization, which has several locations in the city, said a car drove up tot the building and shots were fired. He said that at the time of the shooting, no club members were inside the building.
Boys and Girls Club officials would not discuss whether any children were standing outside the building waiting to get in, although the shooting occurred during nearby Weaver High School's afternoon dismissal.
