Xavier Becerra, D-Calif., introduced legislation last week to prohibit licensed firearms dealers from making, importing, or transferring certain semi-automatic pistols that are not capable of micro-stamping ammunition. "Micro-stamping is the low-hanging fruit - it's inexpensive for manufacturers, does not infringe on gun owners' rights, and could make a big difference in helping to solve crimes." |
