WESTFIELD, MASSACHUSETTS (WWLP) - In Westfield, one person is behind bars and another was sent to the hospital after several violent incidents erupt at a local bar.
Westfield Police Sergeant Jerome Pitoniac tells 22News, his officers were dispatched to the Whip City Brew on North Elm Street just after one o'clock Sunday morning. A patron needed medical attention after he allegedly punched a mirror, cutting his hand. Then, in an unrelated incident, a large fight broke out on the patio outside.
State Police in the area assisted in breaking up the brawl. During the hectic scene, there was a third incident. Police used pepper spray on a man who they say was causing trouble and resisting arrest.
The man who punched the mirror was taken to Noble Hospital. No one was taken in for the fight, because everyone fled the scene.
How many CJ majors do you think were involved in this fight?

sounds like a bar that either needs better security or its license pulled for serving drunks

If any of them have any sense in their thick skulls, hopefully none of them. Althought some of the students/pot smokers I went to class with, left a lot to be desired. If they ever wanted to get into law enforcement later on.
