MILFORD, Conn. (AP) - An investigation has concluded that a Milford police officer was justified when he wounded a man who was holding what was later revealed to be a fake gun during a domestic dispute. The investigation by state police and the state's attorney's office involved a shooting that occurred on May 12, 2007. |
