Just took a little peek at the UMass Lowell P.D. website, and it looks like after promotions and with current vacancies, they will be down a significant amount of officers....
If I did my counting right, which its late so I could be wrong, but after promotions and such they will be down 6 or 7 guys?
Any word on them testing again....or in the near future?
Any inside info. on them?

Keep waiting .. they have been that short for about 3 months or maybe even longer. Department has been wanting to hire since November, however has yet to get the approval to do so. I hear it will not happen anytime soon either.
In my own opinion, I am assuming with Meehan being new and all he wants to fully review everything to determine needs vs. wants.

majority of the officers have 2 years or less on the job experience. PM me if you really want to apply there...
