Town of Bernardston Police Department Full-time Police Officer The Town of Bernardston is seeking a highly motivated, committed, proactive Full-Time Police Officer who posses good moral character. Applicant must be a graduate from the MPTC-Full-Time Academy and current on all required certifications. Applicant will be working in a community policing and patrol capacity, including weekends & holidays. selected candidates must pass an extensive background check. minimum qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Must be a U.S. Citizen, Non-smoker, High School Graduate or equivalent. Must hold a valid Massachusetts drivers license. Must be able to obtain a License To Carry a Firearm. Applicant must be willing to live within fifteen miles of the Town of Bernardston boundaries. Not great money, 18 and change an hour, no Quinn...You do get a take home cruiser, cell phone, laptop... 4 10 hour shifts and 3 days off. No heavy lifting here, pretty quiet town!!!! PM me if anyone wants anymore info...

It borders Greenfield, Northfield, Gill, and Leyden and a few Vermont towns. Bunkie is a good guy. Worked with him, but never for him. Hey Minks, remember the good ole days, and how you guys left me holding the bag, lol.

Bunkie is a good guy. Worked with him and for him. A few months ago if things had gone differently I'd have taken the job. Just not meant to be I guess. Time to close that chapter in the "old dudes" life. Besides, I walked in the door at DOD at 55 and change. That's ALOT of details if you're in Barnyardston!
