Colt fans boo Pats girl who won PP&K award

Colt fans showed a lot of class during the awards being presented for all the kids who won the Pepsi Pass Punt and Kick. The girl was 12 and sporting a Pats jersey during the Colts/ Chargers game. Between the 3rd and 4th quarters, they presented the awards to several kids before announcing the girl from New Hampshire. Colt fans really made her feel special. Please tell me we have more class than that.

More class and Superbowl Rings...

What a bunch of classless a@#hol@s!! too bad they should have saved that reaction for their team. I hope they enjoy watching the Pats win next week and in Arizona!!

Another head to head between brady and manning would have been cool, but with all the injuries they racked up today they'd be using every excuse in the book for their defeat anyways.

Manning,The Colts,The Colts Fans are all complete A-Holes, they
showed it the whole day.

yeah i saw that PPK presentation, they didn't even say who she was representing cause they didn't want to get the poor girl booed even more than that.

Not to rain on the parade but if the Red Sox were giving some type of award to kids and one of the kids had a Yankees jersey on don't think the fans wouldn't boo. I think the girl knew what was going on as she was smiling at the booing fans. If that's what we get for being the most dominant team in history I'll take it and I'm sure she will too.

first of all yankees-sox does not compare to pats-colts...and yes the girl looked amazed that she was being booed, but it was to be expected

The Colts fans still suck no matter how you cut it

Yeah to us it doesn't because we have been on the winning side for most of the rivalry but I'm sure the Colts fans see us in much the same light as we have seen Yankees fans for all these years.

N.H. Teen Shrugs Off Indy Booing

New Hampshire teenager Anna Grant smiles as she is booed by Indianapolis Colts fans after being introduced wearing her New England Patriots jersey. CBS

STRATHAM, N.H. (WBZ) ―
If you watched Sunday's NFL playoff game in Indianapolis, you witnessed a new low in bad sportsmanship.
A 15-year-old girl was booed by a stadium full of fans for wearing a New England Patriots jersey.
But not only can she kick, pass and punt, Anna Grant can play the butt of a joke in stride.
"It didn't bother me at all," Grant said Tuesday. "I just laughed."
She was in enemy territory, after all -- the home of the dreaded Peyton Manning. And she was sporting the Patriots jersey the NFL gave her when she won a local kids football competition. They sent Anna to Indy, where she placed No. 1 in the national contest, earning a mention during Sunday's halftime.
"I was the second-to-last person announced, and everyone was clapping, and then you hear, 'Boo!'" she recalled.
Before a national audience. it brings back memories of audiogate: Remember when the Colts were accused of piping applause into their dome?
The Grants say this was definitely real.
"It was sort of a low rumble, like 'Boo!'" said Karen Grant, Anna's mother.
Not exactly the sportsmanship Anna herself has been taught to use in her soccer matches back in New Hampshire. She's worked hard for this honor.
"I know they weren't booing me. I know they were booing my jersey, my team I represent," Anna said.
In the end, those Colts fans apparently got their just rewards. And somewhere on the West Coast, there will be plenty of people booing the Patriots this weekend, as if to assure Anna Grant she's in good company.
And here's a happy ending for you: The Patriots have stepped up and offered Anna Grant free tickets to this weekend's playoff game in Foxboro, where the welcome will be a whole lot warmer, even if the temperature is not.

Mr. Kraft has a lot of class to bring her back to Gillette this weekend and honor her in front of the fans. He also provided tix for her whole family. I take my hat off to him.
