I interviewed about three weeks ago for one of the lateral positions but I haven't herd anything yet. Anyone know if they made there selections yet or know of anybody that's moving to the next step? Any info you can share would be appreciated.

He's lucky! Most people aren't afforded the opportunity to take their medication prior to a physiological. Now hopefully he doesn't need any med to pass his psychological.

That will depend on how many they send to the next academy and how many graduate. In the past they have used laterals as fillers for those that did not graduate.

We send recruits to Lowell Police Academy and they tend to start in June, I don't know if my department plans to send people this time but more likely than not they will and if that’s the case they will most likely send 10+.

I was never good at Math. That's why I became a cop.

But doesn't a physiological have to do with how many times you pass gas in an hour?

Apparently the gas was caused by taking his meds.....
