Minor MVA cites?

What MGL do you guys use for minor mva's like when:

accident pulling into traffic.

rearends a car at a stop sign. (car starts to pull out of stop sign but then stops again)

backing or pulling into or out of a space.

Things like this with no PI reportable damage or not.

Unless the person is a real jerk I don't cite for minor MVA's, I just list the contributing codes in the crash report (inattention, disregarded signals, etc.) so the correct operator is found at fault.

Insurance surcharges last for 7 years, I don't see the point in adding to their misery.

I understand and agree.

I just need examples to report back I am not able to locate any that would fit. I see OTE or negligent but, I am not looking for summons type violations. Is there a failure to use care or distracted operation type violations out there?

Impeded Operation (distracted): 90-13

Failure to Yield at Intersection/On Left turn: 89-8

Following Too Closely: 85-2

Failure to use caution while backing/stopping
