POLICE DEPARTMENT TOWN OF EAST GREENWICH PATROL OFFICER In anticipation of the expiration of the current hiring list, the Town of East Greenwich, Police Department, is currently accepting applications for the position of patrol officer. Qualified applicants must be at least 21 years of age, a resident of the State of Rhode Island, possess an active Rhode Island driver's license and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants should be prepared to participate in a vigorous screening process, to include a physical agility test, written and oral examinations, psychological and drug screening. All persons who have previously applied are encouraged to re-apply.
