Is the physical agility test conducted indoors or outdoors?

Posted by: COto50

the bench press, push ups and situps are inside the school and the run is outside. I took this test last year. anymore questions pm me.

Should always prepare for a road run..the departments that take in alot of applicants seem to push them outside for a good early morning 1 1/2-er. What seems to be the consensus as far as the bench? Are most departments using the smith machine or the good ole free weight bench? Seems to be different everywhere I have tested.

the smith machine is definitely friendly with the amount you can put up, or at least it is for me.

Where do you get the medical forms? Do you get them after you send in the application?

Thanks

No Smith machine, free weights are used. I think it's 90% of your body weight, if I remember right. It's only 1 rep. You will get all the info in the mail after you apply.

How about the order of the events? Also, are the situps timed?

yes 37 situps in 1 minute, well if you are 20-29.
