Two toned Guns

when on a department do you have to use the guns they provide or can you buy your own personal guns. If you can purchase your own guns can you add personal flare to them. I only ask because i have seen cops with the two tone black and silver guns and i found one that instead of it being silver its pink. would you be allowed to use them or would they have to be your own personal off duty guns

Actually, most departments require a minimum of 14 pieces of flair.

That looks like a Simunitions gun we use. Ive seen blue, red and yellow slides. Same size and weight as a Glock 22/23, just not the kick.
