Application/selection process includes an oral board, physical ability, medical, drug, and psychological testing and background investigation. Minimum qualifications/requirements include: Reserve/Intermittent Academy Certification or MPTC-accepted equivalent; Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License; High School Diploma or GED (College Degree in Criminal Justice preferred).
