MARSHFIELD - Marshfield police arrested the driver and passenger of a car on Winslow Street Tuesday night after the driver pulled over to urinate in the road.
Police charged the driver, Keith Walton, 61, of 9 S. Cherry St., Plymouth, with drunken driving and indecent exposure.
They charged his passenger, Debra Oldham, 49, of 78 Homestead Ave., Marshfield, with being a disorderly person and resisting arrest.
Police said they received a call at 10:45 p.m. Tuesday about a silver or blue Toyota Camry being driven erratically on Route 139.
An officer noticed the vehicle pulled to the side of the road on Winslow Street near Towne Way and saw a man outside the driver’s door urinating in the street.
The officer pulled over to talk to the man, who was then arrested, police said.
The female passenger in the car started yelling and arguing, police said. She was also arrested.
