SOUTHINGTON, Conn. -- An elementary school janitor is accused of having sex with a teenager, police said.
Southington police identified the man as Martin Ralph Kusslow, of Plainville, who worked in town as a janitor at Flanders Elementary School. Kusslow has been off the job on worker's comp since June 2006.
Bristol Superior Court issued an arrest warrant on Nov. 20, police said, after an investigation indicated Kusslow had sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old boy and took pictures of him without clothes in exchange for money.
Police arrested Kusslow on Monday at his home in Plainville. Kusslow's bond was set at $100,000 on charges of second-degree sexual assault, risk of injury to a minor and employing a minor in an obscene performance.
