Does anyone have any idea when the scores for the CO I test will be out? Also how much of a wait time is there between when the scores come out and when the DOC will call people from the exam? I am asking because I saw there is a January Academy and I am curious if the DOC will be considering candidates that took the September exam for that Academy? Thanks in advance for any assistance someone can provide.

The results usually come out 90 days after the test date. Youll probably have to wait for the academy after January.

I got my score about a week ago..

I got mine on Wednesday. What did everyone get? 96 here. Does anyone know how competitive a 96 is? How many academies do they usually run off of one test?

no expert here, but from what im reading on these corrections threads having a 96, being healthy, and if you have stayed out of trouble you should be fine.

Get a 70 or better and they will consider you for hire

how long before we should start hearing things from this last September test? Any idea on when the next academy will be, after this January one? How good is the DOC about placing staff in an institution somewhat near there home? Or, what are the chances I would get assigned to Norfolk or CJ if I live in Salem? I guess right now that is my biggest concern.

The DOC places you where they want you...which is why some people in the past two classes never made it to thier assigned institution.
