Boston police have found 9-year-old Neishalys Gonzalez, who was reported missing when she didn't show up at school Wednesday.

(WBZ)BOSTON Boston police have found a 9-year-old Jamaica Plain girl who left her home Wednesday morning but never made it to school.
Police said Neishalys Gonzalez left her home in Boston's Jamaica Plain neighborhood on foot at 63 Mozart St. Wednesday around 8 a.m. Officials said the girl never arrived at John F. Kennedy Elementary School at 7 Bolster St.
She was found Wednesday night and was safe, police said. Officials did not say where the girl had been all day.
School officials contacted the girl's mother when she didn't arrive at school, and police were alerted to her disappearance around 1 p.m., police said.
Police continued to check various locations Wednesday evening and went door-to-door trying to find her in the area until they found her hours later. They had also been searching the area near the Super Stop and Shop at 301 Centre Street.
