BOSTON -- New Hampshire police are investigating a grave robbery with what they say is a bizarre twist.
The body of a woman who died in the 1820s was dug up from a grave on Halloween night in Hillsboro, N.H.
Police said it may be the work of someone who believes in witchcraft because the hole that was dug was perfectly rectangular.
The woman whose corpse was stolen had the same name as a woman who was prosecuted during the Salem witch trials centuries before but it's not clear if the two women were related.
Some believe they will be granted powers if they steal a skull on Halloween night, police said.
