I'm looking into getting myself legal as far as owning a gun. I'm in MA and I'm aware the laws are different but not sure exactly what the differences are. Any links asnwers will be appreciated. I heard about the Sig training that happens in NH. Can anybody sign up or do you have to be licensed to carry?

You must receive training in a course that is approved by the state and provided by a MA state licensed instructor. Evidence of that fact will include that you are provided a MA Firearms Safety certificate which is NOT the NRA certificate.
If the instructor does not provide a MA safety certificate, then you will have to take the course again.
Some of the SIG classes are approved to fulfill the requirements for the MA Safety certificate, contact SIG to make sure you will get the MA safety certificate when you take your class. I've had to "reteach" several students from SIG because they either took the wrong class or took the class with someone that was not "approved" as an MA instructor.

Your class will and teacher should cover all the laws of MA and how they might differ from state to state, it is in fact mandatory.

Their intermediate concealed carry course is MSP certified. Once you take that you will meet the training criteria for a Class A LTC. They should have equipment available.
