I have applied for a DOD Police Officer position for WESTOVER ARB twice and have not received a phone call or letter telling me anything.
I am curious how it works, meaning, if they dont hire you at that time, are you on a list? Also is there a specific way you should write your resume? Is there anything I could do to get noticed a little more?
Thanks for reading and any advice provided,
brick.

First off I would STRONGLY suggest not working at Westover. You will have active duty Air Force cops in charge of you and you will not be allowed to do any type of law enforcement. You will guard the gates and the planes. I was there for five years and when the active duty component took over it all went to the dogs! Secondly, if you are not hired you will not recieve anything from HR. Not even a courtesy thanks but no thanks letter.
