Boston Medical Center is a good place to see and do alot. Do a lot of hands on and excellent training is provided. They have rule 400 and state specials along with non-sworn officers. About 85 officers currently employed and will increase to 120 officers within one year. You get Boston University benefits (only pay for 10% of graduate/undergrad classes). Yeh you still do the mundane (unlocks, foot patrols, escorts) but the action is also endless. They do not have part time work but the management is use to people coming and going. Recently, many have left to go onto corrections, state police, and DA's office nationwide. Strong Union in place as well.
