I recently got into a disagreement with a friend, and wanted all of your 2 cents (or more).
Is a "friendly" game of poker in which money is exchanged (but none paid to the "house") illegal in Massachusetts? The argument is not whether law enforcement is actually busting 5 guys playing in their kitchen, but whether it is illegal or not.
The MGLs seem to be somewhat cryptic (as always) on the topic.
Look forward to the responses.
