Hell a brand new 20 round mag for an m4/AR15 is illegal in MA...does that make it wrong? Just because MA doesn't recognize/allow certain NFA items like suppressors, and AOW for civilian use ...does that make it a bad thing? The guy making these, is doing so legally...he will transfer them legally....
